Vaccine and Preventative Requirements for Boarding Guests
For the safety and health of all of our guests and patients, the following requirements must be met by dogs and cats boarding in our pet hotel:
- Canine boarding guests must be vaccinated against Rabies, Canine Influenza, and Bordetella (Kennel Cough).
- Feline boarding guests must be vaccinated against the Rabies virus.
- If your pet was vaccinated at a clinic other than Lakeside Animal Hospital, medical records must be provided at the time of admission.
- If medical records cannot or are not provided at that time, all necessary vaccinations will be administered upon arrival and before admittance to the facility at your expense.
- All pets will be examined for external and internal parasites. If found positive, they will be treated immediately at your expense.
- We will administer medications your pet needs, but all medications must arrive in their original containers with dosing instructions clearly indicated.
- Guests are only admitted to and discharged from our facility during normal business hours.
