Plantation’s very own Lakeside Animal Hospital took a creative approach to Valentine’s Day. We set up a puppy “kissing booth” over the weekend to celebrate the romantic holiday. Visitors and staff at Lakeside posed with their pups. Some even got big kisses from their furry companions.
Lakeside’s kissing booth made it on the air all over the local news! The adorable pictures aired on WSVN 7 News, CBS 4 Miami and WPLG Local 10. The photogenic furry friends also turned up in news articles on MSN.com, Newsbreak.com, Patch.com and SpotOnFlorida.com.
Lakeside Animal Hospital Owner and Veterinarian Dr. Jennifer Frione celebrated too and provided information to customers on what sweet treats are safe or not for pets to consume on Valentine’s Day. She also discussed what alternatives can be given to your furry friends as Valentine’s Day presents.
Milos Pet Rescue of South Florida came by to pick up donations Lakeside Animal Hospital collected for our Homeless Pet Supply Drive, that the kissing booth brought attention and donations to.
